WHAT To Expect
All are welcome and encouraged to visit us in person for our study or worship sessions. Our worship is organized and managed by what we can clearly observe in the text of the New Testament. Upon a visit with us, in the public worship assembly, you will find the following:

-
All Christians participate in worshipping God, however, only the congregation's men facilitate or lead in worship (1 Timothy 2:11–14).

-
Congregational prayer is offered multiple times in a typical worship assembly (Timothy 2:1–8).

-
The church at Broad Street uses vocal singing to praise God (1 Corinthians 14:15; Hebrews 13:15).

-
Another aspect of our worship assembly is remembering and celebrating the Lord's sacrifice every first day of the week (Acts 20:7; 1 Corinthians 11:23–29).

-
Individually, we contribute to the further expansion of the church's work by taking up a contribution (1 Corinthians 16:1–2) (if you're visiting, please don't feel pressured to give).

-
Teaching from the words of scripture to equip the church for every good work will also be included in our worship (2 Timothy 3:16–17).
Upon visiting with us, please feel free to voice any questions or concerns about what you observe. We'll strive to address any question in a Christ-like manner and with Biblical soundness.
